Meet the Owner

I'm the owner of A Time Such As This, Magnet Co. I’m a full-time Momma and homeschool teacher to one amazing kiddo, a proud wife (with whom I set up and help at shows for his business), and a dog Mom too! I also work part-time in the corporate world. Family is the heart of what I do and inspires me daily.

I’ve always loved photos and the sentiment they carry. They capture life’s sweetest moments, yet so often we tuck them away - only bringing them out every now and then. After losing my Mom when I was 17, photos took on an even deeper meaning for me. They became treasures - little pieces of her I could hold on to.

When I recently discovered the idea of turning photos into magnets, it instantly clicked with me. What better way to keep those memories alive than by displaying them where you’ll see them everyday? That’s why I started this little venture - to help others transform their cherished moments into beautiful, lasting magnets that can be admired daily.

Meaning Behind Our Name

The name of my business comes from the story of Esther in the Bible, and is the heart behind my brand, where she is reminded that she was placed in her position “for a time such as this.” That verse has always spoken to me - about courage, timing and purpose.

I see that same meaning in photos. Every picture captures a time such as this - a birthday, a wedding, a vacation, a new baby or just a sweet everyday moment you never want to forget. Turning those memories into magnets lets you hold onto them everyday, right where you’ll see them, remember and smile.
