All orders are carefully packaged to keep your magnets safe on their way to you! Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, and unfortunately I can’t control delays once your package has been sent. If for some reason your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with a photo so I can make it right.

For best results, place magnets on smooth, flat surfaces—this helps prevent scratches and keeps them secure. With a little care, your magnets will stay beautiful for years to come!

Custom Magnets: Since each custom magnet is made just for you, they are non-refundable. But don’t worry—if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to me and I’ll do my best to make it right!

Non-Custom Magnets: For ready-made (non-custom) items, please let me know within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up if something isn’t quite right. I’ll be happy to work with you to fix the issue.

Each order is made with care! Custom magnets turnaround time is 2-4 business days before shipping. Non-custom (ready-made) magnets are usually shipped out within 1–2 business days. If you ever need your order by a certain date, feel free to reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate rush requests when possible.
